One of our most successful redevelopment projects was selling Siegel’s Auto Salvage Facility and Edel Brown Machinery. We sold the property and 650 residential permits to Greystar Real Estate and Property. The lot is now in the process of being redeveloped into two large apartment buildings with ample parking and amenities.
